Anthony “Tony” W. Hernandez is an attorney who has been practicing law for thirty-three years as a personal injury lawyer. He is from La Marque, Texas where he graduated from La Marque High School in 1971. He went to college in San Marcos, Texas where he graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1975. After school, he went to work for the Southern Pacific Railroad where he worked for several years in their legal department. After the railroad, he worked for a couple of law firms that handled railroad cases, before going back to school. Mr. Hernandez graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school he made an A in Tort Law, and an A in Civil Trials. Tony lives in the Clear Lake area and enjoys being at home with his wife Elsie and their two grandsons.
